## Realization notes.

Gateway Fiber delivered fiber-to-the-home broadband service in suburban St. Louis and beyond. Crosstimbers made its first investment in September 2020 alongside the founding operating team, then re-upped through a second flagship fund.

In February 2023, Gateway was acquired by CBRE Infrastructure.
