## Realization notes.

Tachus delivered fiber-to-the-home broadband service across the north Houston metropolitan area, building one of the region's most concentrated FTTH footprints from a standing start. Crosstimbers made its first investment in November 2018 alongside the founding operating team, then re-upped through a continuation vehicle and a second flagship fund.

The platform reached 50,000 customers before its realization. In September 2025, Tachus was acquired by Ezee Fiber, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital. The transaction was a strategic combination that consolidated regional FTTH coverage.
