Mani uses his expertise in data science, machine learning, and applied technology solutions to build AI systems, data pipelines, and internal tools that facilitate the operations of our portfolio companies. Before joining Crosstimbers, Mani was a Graduate Research Assistant at the Texas A&M University Southwest Innovation Research Lab, where he built enterprise-grade retrieval and forecasting systems and co-authored several research articles published in *Management Science*. Prior to that, Mani was a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad, where he worked on Document Intelligence & Information Retrieval, and a Software Intern in Search & Data Engineering at Strand Life Sciences. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Palakkad. Mani lives in Houston.
