Boxwheel Trailer Leasing Announces Formation and Secures Equity Commitment

Boxwheel Trailer Leasing, LLC was formed in Denver, Colorado by Mike Sindelar and Mike Di Paolo, both formerly of Fleet Trailer, and secured an equity commitment from Crosstimbers Capital Group. The company rents, leases, and sells dry vans, flatbeds, and refrigerated units for long haul, cartage, and storage.

This was the first investment in what became the Boxwheel platform. Crosstimbers is based in Houston, Texas.
