Talisman Brands France, the Established group entity that owns RCA, Thomson, and Blaupunkt, acquired a controlling majority of the consumer electronics brands Schneider and Radiola on October 1, 2024. Schneider is a French brand founded in 1934, and its categories include home appliances, televisions, audio products, computers, and power tools. Radiola dates to 1922.
Talisman Brands France is based in Paris. The Established group is headquartered in Houston with offices in Silicon Valley, Miami, Paris, Luxembourg, Dubai, and Shenzhen. Crosstimbers first invested in May 2022.
