Ezee Fiber Announces Acquisition of Tachus Fiber Internet
Ezee Fiber, owned by I Squared Capital, acquired Tachus Fiber Internet from funds managed by Crosstimbers.
Ezee Fiber agreed to acquire Tachus Fiber Internet from funds managed by Crosstimbers Capital Group. Ezee Fiber is owned by I Squared Capital and is headquartered in Houston, with infrastructure across Texas, New Mexico, and Washington.
Tachus is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, and serves more than 60,000 residential and business subscribers on a fully underground fiber network. Crosstimbers first invested in November 2018.
