Tachus receives a growth investment from Crosstimbers Capital Group
Crosstimbers, already the company's financial sponsor, made a further growth investment in Tachus.
Tachus received a growth investment from Crosstimbers Capital Group, its existing financial sponsor. At the time the fully underground fiber network reached nearly 40,000 households with more than 10,000 customers, and the company employed more than 100 people. Bank Street Group LLC acted as financial advisor.
Tachus was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. Crosstimbers is based in Houston and first invested in November 2018.
